We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing to work with an important Texas company.

Tasks

? Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

? Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for military clients

? Manage and update client profiles and travel itineraries in our database

? Provide administrative support to our team of travel agents by organizing paperwork, completing data entry tasks, and preparing documents

? Liaise with military personnel to ensure all necessary travel documents and approvals are obtained

? Process payments and make reservations for clients as needed

? Conduct research and provide recommendations for accommodations, activities, and travel options based on client needs

? Maintain a high... level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents

? Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

? Stay up-to-date on military travel regulations and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy in all travel arrangements

Requirements

? 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the travel industry or with military clients

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with travel booking systems

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

? Understanding of military travel regulations and policies is a plus

? Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance
