Data Entry Clerk- REMOTE USA BASED

Crooked Tile is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various data in our systems, ensuring that information is organized and readily accessible. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. You will play a crucial role in supporting our operational processes by ensuring data integrity and providing administrative support as needed. Responsibilities
? Enter and update customer and project information in the database accurately and efficiently.
? Review and verify data for errors and inconsistencies, taking corrective action as necessary.
? Organize and maintain electronic and paper files ensuring easy retrieval of information.
? Assist with administrative... tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation as needed.
? Generate reports and summaries for management as required.
? Collaborate with team members to enhance data management processes and improve workflow efficiency.
? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
? Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
? Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
