? Manage training files, online data, and physical documentation
? Create and upload new candidate personnel files into the system
? Maintain updated statuses for inactive employees and those returning from leave
? Perform weekly audits on electronic files and hard copies to ensure data accuracy

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of two years of previous data entry experience
? High School Diploma
? Strong attention to detail
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? Ability to work in a busy office environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in data management or related fields
? Familiarity with electronic filing systems
? Strong organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
