Skills
? Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets preferred
? Strong typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is a plus
? Excellent familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
? Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
? Good command of English, both oral and written, along with customer service skills
? Great attention to detail
? Ability to work a rotating roster

Responsibilities
? Input data from various sources into our company database
? Review data for errors or redundancies
? Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
? Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
? Update customer information in a secure manner
? Organize existing data across multiple spreadsheets
? Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records
? Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update the database

Qualifications
? No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
? A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
? Successful candidates will complete a four-week training program

? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields a plus
