Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will enjoy the autonomy to manage your schedule while working alongside a team dedicated to achieving data-driven outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
? Identifying client needs and requirements for data, while facilitating the development of comprehensive database solutions.
? Leveraging your expertise in database technologies and programming skills to design and sustain effective data systems.
? Ensuring data is integrated into user-friendly formats, regulating its usage to align with business objectives.
? Evaluating new data sources, analyzing scalability, monitoring performance, and safeguarding data security.
? Conducting preliminary data analyses and crafting user interfaces to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, DynamoDB, Redshift, Lambda) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
? Strong programming capabilities in Python, SQL, SparkSQL, and PySpark, with at least 2 years of experience.
? Excellent problem-solving aptitude and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
? A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively both in teams and independently within an agile framework (Scrum/Kanban).

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in Big Data environments (Hadoop, AWS, Python) is desired.
? Familiarity with Spark streaming and agile development practices is a plus.
? Understanding of Hadoop/Spark architectures, Data Modeling, and Machine Learning (ML) principles is advantageous.
? Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is beneficial.
