Job Description:

As a CVS Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their questions about CVS products, services, and processes. Requirements:

– High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

– Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy

– Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
