- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing various support requests across multiple domains
- Utilize and contribute to the Knowledge Base to enhance support efficiency
- Analyze data dashboards and publisher data to derive actionable insights
- Manage product integrations and escalate issues to higher support tiers when necessary
- Perform customer success outreach to improve publisher experience and satisfaction
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service, specifically in a support specialist or service desk role
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Computer Science
- Experience with Google Ad Manager
- Proficient in basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising on either the supply or demand side
- Additional knowledge of other programming languages
