Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their health insurance plans
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on their benefits, coverage options, and how to navigate the healthcare system
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in policies, and new product offerings to better assist customers

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
