Job Description

Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Basic technical knowledge of Apple products (iPhones, iPads, Macs, etc.)

? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

? Previous customer support experience is a plus

? Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

Responsibilities

? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

? Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve them

? Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

? Stay updated on the latest Apple products, services, and features

? Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes

? Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills
