Job Description:

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Participate in continuous training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Educational Qualifications:
