About the Role

At first, your main tasks will be customer service and data entry, starting at 8 hours per week. If everything runs smoothly and you show dedication, there will be growth opportunities, including moving into a management position over time.

We offer bonuses based on performance, and while the starting rate is $5 per hour during the trial period, this will increase once you have proven yourself as a valuable team member.

Main Responsibilities

? Handling customer complaints professionally.

? Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs.

? Keeping records of complaints, refunds, and customer interactions.

? Contributing to and improving customer support processes.

? Ensuring a response time of less than 24 hours for all customer inquiries.

Must-Have Knowledge of These Platforms:

Shopify (eCommerce platform)

Slack (team communication)

DeepL (for translations)

G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Gmail (email management)

ChatGPT (for assisting with customer responses)

What We Provide:

What We Expect from You:

? Fluent written and spoken English.

? At least 2 years of customer support experience.

? Organized, motivated, and eager to learn.

? Available for weekly team calls.

? Able to commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week initially.

? NOT currently working a full-time job elsewhere.

? Available to start immediately.
