What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases
? Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
? Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team
? Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail
? Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Exceptional attention to detail
? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Must demonstrate empathy when working with customers

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly within healthcare technology
? Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
? Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related fields
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
? Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations
