Job Summary:

Job Description:

The Customer Support Agent will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers? experience by providing high-quality service in a timely manner. You will interact directly with customers via telephone, email, chat, or social media to provide information about products or services, take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints.

Responsibilities:

? Interact with customers through various platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues.

? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

? Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.

? Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary.

Requirements:

? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Further education in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
