    Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up to date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
