### Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

    2. **Problem Resolution:**

    3. **Product Knowledge:**
  • Stay informed about our properties, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Regularly update knowledge of industry trends to provide informed responses to client queries.
    4. **Customer Relationship Management:**
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction post-service.
    5. **Quality Assurance:**
  • Uphold the company?s high standards by meeting performance benchmarks and maintaining a thorough understanding of customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service delivery and address recurring issues.
    6. **Time Management:**
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Flexibly adapt to schedule changes and peak periods of customer inquiries.

### Requirements

  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting or hospitality industry.
  • **Education:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Customer Service or related fields is a plus.
  • **Personality Traits:**
  • Reliable: Consistently meets deadlines and commitments.
  • Energetic: Maintains a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with customers.
