Customer Service Representatives/Part Time - Remote

In this position, you will support customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services; provide basic policy information; transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required, and handle other related duties as needed.This is a work from home, part time position that will require up to 30 hours per week. You will be scheduled Monday- Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon.We offer:

• Internet access speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download - the faster the better!
• In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
Qualifications2+ years of Customer Service experience is preferred; Call Center Experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• High level of accuracy when completing tasks
• Proficient PC skills with typing of 30+ WPM
• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
