Schedule: Monday - Friday with multiple shift options
Compensation: Up to $40,000 annually plus bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities
Use active listening skills to understand and address customer requests
Resolve billing issues, manage policy changes, and assist with benefits filing

Offer additional products to enhance customer protection and meet their needs
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Reliable, hard-wired phone line
Solid work history (no more than four jobs in the last ten years)
Ability to pass a background check
Residency in Florida is required
