    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Utilize multiple benefits verification tools to locate benefits and process specialty medication claims
  • Make outbound calls to contact healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to facilitate medication fulfillment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls while gathering patient and order information
  • Build rapport with patients, discussing therapy changes on targeted medications
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient therapy adherence
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, which may include weekends
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Customer-focused personality with a desire to help people
  • Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and requirements for dispensing prescriptions
  • Experience in educating customers and conducting routine assessments
