The Role

We're on the lookout for dynamic and dedicated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to enhance our operations team. Your role will involve:

Warmly welcoming clients and identifying their needs.

Collecting necessary billing information.

Assisting with third-party connections when required.

Seamlessly connecting clients with interpreters for their conference calls.

Note: This position involves no sales activities.

Our focus is on business-to-business accounts, meaning you'll handle no upselling or navigate through challenging client disputes. Instead, you'll dedicate your efforts to deliver exemplary service.

Remote Work Details

Positions are open to candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area.

Comprehensive paid training provided (8 hours/day for two weeks).

Commitment to a chosen shift is required during the 90-day probationary period.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience and a stable work history.

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Capable of managing a high volume of inbound calls with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Must provide proof of internet speed (minimum 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).

Desirable

College education.

More than one year of call center experience.
