Role And Responsibilities
? Client Interaction: Provide clear and knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
? Problem-Solving: Use your skills to resolve client issues, update account history, and follow up to ensure resolution.
? Performance: Meet and exceed production targets while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
? Collaboration: Work with team members and clients to resolve inquiries and cross-train new staff on customer service processes.
? Process Improvement: Review and suggest enhancements to procedures and workflows to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For
? Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience.
? Skills: Familiarity with help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective written and oral communication skills.
? Teamwork: Ability to understand your role within a team and engage with the right stakeholders to resolve client inquiries.

What To Expect
? Remote Work: This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States.
? Orientation: Video cameras are required for all interviews and during the initial week of orientation.
? Full-Time: 40 hours per week.

Compensation
? Salary Range: (29,100 - )41,600 per year, based on geographic location, experience, and skills.
