Job Description


Apple is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a


key player in our customer support organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Educational Qualifications


A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications,

Experience
