Job Summary

Gym Insight is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. Customer Service is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, and software training to our clients. Prior experience in gym management at a fitness center is required. Great people skills are also required. This is a fully remote/work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and website chats promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience
  • Train new customers on how to use the software via WebEx
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, reminding them of their next step to complete in the onboarding checklist
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and creating Knowledge Base articles as needed
  • Communicate and work effectively with the Sales Team and Development Team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing a gym or fitness business is required
  • Strong people skills to resolve customer issues
  • Willing to work flexible hours as required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be resident of Nevada, Las Vegas preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, preferrably WebEx

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

? Health club & gym management: 1 year (Preferred)
