Compensation and Benefits

The wage for this position is $41,600.00 per year. MetLife offers a comprehensive benefits program, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off. All incentives and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms.

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service
? Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures
? Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed
? Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy
? Support service campaigns as required
? Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries
? Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications
? New hires must live a commutable distance from Cary, NC
? High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
? Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
? Prior call center experience is highly preferred
? Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products
? Passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through

? Some college or professional certification is a plus
