POSITION SUMMARY The CSR-2 primary responsibility is to process customer orders as generated by the account managers.This requires facilitation of purchase orders in an accurate and efficient manner to assure a smooth production process. This position is essential to the successful conversion of all relevant reference materials to an active production order.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
? Operation and understanding of The Flesh Operating System required for quotation and order entry
? Responsible for entering of orders generated by Account Managers. This involves making the ticket and taking to scheduling.
? Check all orders over $5000 for accuracy.
? Document and arrange all releases from inventory.
? File tickets for all completed jobs.
? Thorough understanding of production capabilities as they relate to all products produced by The

Flesh Company.
? Evaluation and verification of purchase order correspondence with quotation. Verify with AM's when questions arise to keep the work flow moving.
? Preparation of materials for return to customer.
? Documentation of Haz-Mat orders.
? Ordering of marketing materials.
? Management of internal forms (i.e. custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, etc.)
? Management of FSI and FSC records
? Fill in for Account Manager and assume AM responsibilities when Account Manager is absent. This includes checking emails and voice mails and making relevant decisions that may impact the AM's business.
? Assist the estimating department if necessary.
? Perform additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales.
? Work in compliance with Safe-Well policies at all times.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
