Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer concerns and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information in a friendly and approachable tone.
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and productive.
  • Support customers in English and Spanish, providing multilingual assistance as needed.
  • Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into our database.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide informed customer support.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in providing support to customers via phone or email.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume calls.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze customer concerns and provide personalized solutions.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Experience with data entry and the ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
