Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. Schedule is M-Th 8am? 5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm all days include an hour lunch. We are closed most holidays and they are paid. We offer competitive wages and bonuses with the opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly

• Gathering & inputting data for our personal lines agents

• Perform data entry to update customer records accurately

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information

• Communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a must

Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field

• Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette

• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Bilingual abilities, specifically in Spanish

• Computer Literacy, Multitasking & being able to prioritize are a must

Qualifications
? Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred but not required)
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Proficient in data entry and computer literacy
? Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism

? Experience in a fast-paced, agile customer service environment
? Self starter and fast learner
? Ability to adapt in a continuous learning environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
