    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist patients in resolving billing issues, handling complaints, and setting up payment plans
  • Document customer complaints and interactions in the appropriate systems
  • Track trends in customer service encounters and recommend resolutions to the supervisor
  • Provide training and support to new Customer Service Representative I colleagues
  • Communicate and follow up with stakeholders on customer service activities
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in revenue cycle functions within a healthcare setting
  • Previous service or call center experience with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a complex, multi-site environment
  • Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications and skills validation competencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills in interacting with diverse customers
