Job Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Compass Travel Co, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and support from a remote location. Responsibilities: ? Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. ? Booking Assistance: Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless booking process. ? Issue Resolution: Address client issues and concerns effectively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure client satisfaction. ? Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our travel products, destinations, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. ? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions. ? Sales Support: Promote additional services, upgrades, and travel packages to enhance the client experience and drive sales revenue. ? Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. ? Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and management, to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). ? Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry. ?
