    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary liaison for members and providers regarding program inquiries such as eligibility, authorizations, and claims
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring first call resolution
  • Research and triage customer issues using available resources
  • Maintain detailed call logs to record customer interactions and actions taken
  • Act as the primary representative for the organization, focusing on customer engagement and relationship building
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to resolve customer problems while maintaining patience and courtesy
  • Capability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (Spanish) or other languages
  • 2+ years in an HMO/Healthcare Industry setting
  • Understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
