Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of inquiries and issues from our customers via phone, chat, and email. Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous customer service experience is preferred
? Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
