### Job Brief:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at Apex Customer Solutions on a full-time basis. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21, and regular working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. ### Responsibilities:

? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.

? Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company?s customer service policies.

? Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

? Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information.

? Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.

? Identify and escalate priority issues, directing cases to appropriate resources.

? Document all customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

? Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and to navigate software applications.

? Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

? Close out or open call records & compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

### Requirements:

? High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

? Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

? Comfortable using computers.

? Experience working with customer support is a plus.

### Skills:

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

? Capable of handling customer rejection and remaining professional; resilience is key.

? Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
