Requirements


– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred


– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role


– Strong communication and interpersonal skills


– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems


– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively


– Problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Responsibilities


– Coordinate day-to-day customer service operations


– Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and chat


– Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to ensure service excellence


– Train new customer service representatives


– Develop and update customer service protocols and procedures


– Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues


– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Educational Qualifications
