High School diploma or College Degree required.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service.
Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation.
Experience in the gaming or sports wagering industry.
