Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Problem Resolution: Address customer issues and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.

Policy Guidance: Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies and benefits.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive service delivery and continuous improvement.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help enhance our service offerings.

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in customer service in the insurance industry is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.

Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Tech Proficiency: Comfort with using technology and software systems for customer management.

Remote Work Capabilities: Ability to successfully work in a fully remote environment while staying self-motivated and productive.
