Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information. ? Efficiently handle customer complaints, swiftly offering suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring resolution follow-up. ? Process orders, forms, applications, and requests remotely. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and document processes. ? Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. ? Go the extra mile to engage customers, fostering a loyal client base. ? Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high service standards. Requirements: ? Must be at least 18 years old ? Must pass a skill assessment and background check ? At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience ? Must have a computer/laptop ? Headset or headphones with microphone attachment ? High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Working Conditions: ? This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection. ? A strong, stable internet connection ? Flexibility to work shifts, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: ? Hourly pay range: $13 - $20, depending on the company agents choose to service. ?
