Job Description


As a Customer Satisfaction Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Amazon’s reputation for exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities


– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.


– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.


– Provide detailed product information and guidance.

Requirements

– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.


Educational Qualifications


– High school diploma or equivalent required.


– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
