Description:

As a Customer Engagement Officer at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and satisfying experience with our services. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about Amazon’s products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Educational Qualifications:
