Role Responsibilities
? Ability to adapt easily as procedures/assignments change
? Ability to multi-task and organize
? A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
? Available to work overtime weekly and/or Saturday hours as workload demands
? Call center simulation testing
? Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
? Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must-haves
? A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
? Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
? Customer service and/or clerical experience in an insurance, mortgage, or banking services environment
? High volume in-bound call center experience
