7. Must be a resident of the specified state location.


**Responsibilities**


1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.


2. Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.


3. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.


4. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.


5. Stay up-to-date with Delta’s policies, procedures, and promotions.


6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.


7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

**Educational Qualifications**


* High School Diploma or GED (Required)

**Experience**
