Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Associate at Walt Disney, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests remotely from your home in San Jose, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities...
• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions and track issue resolution
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
• Passionate and energetic attitude towards providing excellent customer service
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Ability to work remotely and maintain a professional work environment
• Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace in your home
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
