Delta Air Lines Human Resources is seeking a coordinator to support our Ask HR Employee and Alumni Services Support team. They will be responsible for supporting HR inquiries initiated by employees, retirees and business partners. This role will help to deliver Delta?s execution of the Ask HR model to inform, educate, and inspire behavior change across Delta employees around the many functions, benefits, programs and services offered by the division of HR.
? The position will collaborate closely with Ask HR team members, leadership, employees, and retirees.
? Actively work in the ServiceNow technology platform, which serves as the case management tool for receiving and responding to employee questions, requests, and issues.
? Utilize strategic and critical thinking attributes to ensure a thorough understanding of the question or concern being addressed, facilitating accurate and timely responses.
? Continuously seek to expand business knowledge across HR Functions and divisions.
? Participate in frequent team meetings to gather updates, address questions, and escalate issues or themes for leadership consideration
? Coordinate with Ask HR Leaders, HR Function Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to effectively escalate issues and resolve questions or concerns promptly in alignment with our Service Level Agreement.
? Provide support to the overall Employee and Alumni Services team on special projects and initiatives.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
? Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, operations, or service delivery center.
? Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret policy and procedures independently.
? Flexibility to work extended hours and select weekends as necessary to meet quotas and accommodate fluctuating business needs.
? Excellent communication and written skills, with passion to empathize with employees.
? Proficient in MS Office and general computer navigation
? Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational company is a plus.
? Provide support for ad hoc requests related to special projects and urgent updates or changes within the operation.
? This position is based in Atlanta.
? Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

? Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
? Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
