Accenture is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. As an Entry Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and... support to clients through various communication channels.

    Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, issue resolution, and general support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Follow company policies and procedures to meet quality and performance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Adhere to a flexible schedule to accommodate peak call times and customer needs
    Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
