Responsibilities



  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.

  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with the team and providing feedback to improve customer service processes.


Requirements



  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.


Educational Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • College degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.


Experience



  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
