? Approximately $60,000 a year will be awarded as pay for the Night Coca Cola Crew Manager position, which may fluctuate based on the candidate's experience levels.

My main responsibility as a Warehouse Manager would be to supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensure that they are carried out in an efficient, organized, and safe manner

In the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager is in charge of running the Warehouse, Equipment Service and Fleet departments. This includes overseeing personnel decisions such as hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of team members, in adherence with Company policies. The Warehouse Manager also handles inventory management and uses statistical analysis to identify areas for growth.

This position involves carrying out essential duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner to achieve the goals of the organization
? Reports are prepared and submitted to the management team on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis for review.
? Automate your inventory management process by utilizing technology such as barcodes, RFID tags or automated replenishment.
? Analyze statistical data and reports to identify areas that can be consistently improved.
? Prepare detailed budget variance reports for management, providing clear explanations and recommendations where necessary to help them make informed decisions.
? Manage product rotation activities within the facility to optimize inventory turnover.
? The operational design of the warehouse is optimized to enhance performance.
? Leads all the trucking tasks that are associated with the transportation of goods.
? Guide and train employees in effective forklift operation and warehouse management.
? The warehouse's cleanliness and organization must be kept intact to secure a safe and attractive work setting for the food manufacturing plant
? Ensure the company's grounds are visually appealing to all those who see them.
? Organizes and oversees the everyday tasks of the Equipment Service employees.
? In command of upholding the fleet's conditions and making certain that each truck check is completed in accordance with the rules.
? Liaise with the management team to foster a pleasing work environment, facilitate employee growth, and establish the company as a highly-regarded employer.
? It is fundamental to conform to, comply with, and bolster all policies, methods, and protocols in place.
? Coordinate with the administrative team stationed in the Black Hills.
? Collaborate with other sales center managers to guarantee the sales center is operating efficiently, effectively, and profitably.
? Responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the employees under supervision, protecting the valuable machinery and property of the sales center, and preventing any major disruptions in the smooth functioning of the business.
? Keep abreast of new information and technological advancements affecting your area of responsibility to drive innovation and maintain compliance.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
? Bachelor's Degree preferred.
? A minimum of two to three years of managerial experience is required for this position.
? Skilled in utilizing Microsoft's suite of office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Physical Demands:
? The work environment entails sitting in one position for a long time while carrying out tasks and perhaps working on a computer for long hours.
? Tasks related to this job necessitate moving around, conversing with others, and having good auditory perception of sounds. Hands-on experience is also integral to the work.
? The candidate must be able to repeatedly lift, pull, or push weighty objects exceeding 50 pounds, reach high above the head, stand, walk, squat, bow, and extend their limbs to execute the job's responsibilities.
? The ability to stay on your feet for extended periods is a requirement for this position.

PPE is not a substitute for safe working practices and should be used in conjunction with other safety measures. Employees should be trained on the proper use and limitations of PPE to ensure its effectiveness
? Protecting the head is crucial during forklift operations, and a hard hat helps achieve this.
