Job Overview

Join our innovative Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team as an IT Cloud Security Specialist, where your expertise in cloud security will play a crucial role in shaping secure, resilient cloud environments. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with in-office collaboration in San Jose, CA.

Key Responsibilities
? Act as the primary security liaison for the CCoE team in the United States.
? Collaborate effectively with regional security and risk management teams to uphold security compliance.
? Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Cloud Security Framework.
? Formulate and implement cloud security standards, policies, and procedures.
? Evaluate cloud workloads to ensure compliance with security regulations and propose risk mitigation strategies.
? Offer security proficiency for cloud-based applications, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
? Assist in the security incident response efforts concerning cloud systems.
? Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices within cloud solutions.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a similar field.
? A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT security, particularly focusing on cloud security (IaaS/PaaS).
? Demonstrated experience with cloud security frameworks, risk assessments, and security policies.
? Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies within a security context.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
? Previous experience within large, multinational organizations is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
? Hybrid Schedule: Work three days on-site in San Jose, CA, and two days remotely (flexibility required based on business needs).
? Compensation: Ranging from (108,750 to )181,250 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
