Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Client Success Consultant. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate through their journey with Amazon while providing exceptional service and support.


Requirements


– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


– Minimum of 3 years experience in a client-facing role


– Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform and services


– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


– Ability to work independently and as part of a team


– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


Responsibilities


– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries


– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction


– Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their needs and usage of Amazon’s products


– Provide training and support to clients on new and existing features


– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively


– Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement


Educational Qualifications


– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


Experience
