Job Description: AllianceOne is... currently seeking a Talented Professional to add to our team: Position: Client Services Liaison Location: OPEN (Remote- PA) Pay and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is $18.00/hour. Description: To provide our clients with excellent customer service while maintaining client relationships. Essential Accountabilities: Works with sales and management staff regarding any special projects or needs of the client base. Trouble shoot, anticipate and solve problems that come up during the communication and processing of information from the clients to our organization. Process client files, runs reports and sends client deliverables Check client systems for payments/information. Works directly with our clients to resolve any account level issues. Maintain documentation of tasks, work instructions, client issues and requests on CAST IMS. Maintains a working knowledge of all jobs and functions within the department; keeps up-to-date on the company and industry. Involved in new client set up process in order to ensure all reporting needs are met Ensuring client requirements have written procedures and are within compliance to meet the clients Service Level Agreement. Promotes a positive atmosphere and working relationship with and among employees; supports and cooperates with other managers and supervisors company-wide. Recording and logging most information obtained for future reference. Exemplifies and promotes the welfare of the company internally and in contact with customers and the general public. Other duties as assigned by management. Main Job Requirements: Education and Specific Training HS diploma required, College degree preferred. Work Experience General collection industry knowledge Required Skills: Technical Skills Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). General computer skills with experience in working with Windows, and DOS. Competencies and Specific Skills Excellent communication skills. Customer service skills. Adaptable Ability to prioritize.
