Job Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our dynamic team in Washington. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships through outstanding service and support. You will work closely with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure they have an exceptional experience with Amazon’s services.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Previous experience in client service or customer support is preferred.
Responsibilities
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
– Provide training and support to clients on Amazon’s products and services.
– Liaise with internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are met.
– Track and report on client interactions and satisfaction levels.

Educational Qualifications
