Job Description

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term engagement. You will work closely with various departments within Amazon to ensure a seamless client experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or a related role.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.


• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.


• Identify client needs and work with internal teams to ensure they are met.


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.


• Provide regular reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels.


• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for client growth.
