Productive Lives Mental Health is an outpatient mental health center based in Owings Mills Maryland that provides comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve emotional well-being and lead fulfilling lives through personalized and compassionate care.

We are in search of a compassionate and skilled hybrid Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the transformative power of therapy, particularly in the lives of children and teens ages 6 to 18.

This role is hybrid and may require at least 2 days of in office and/or community sessions.

They will be committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic services that empower our clients to overcome their challenges and lead more fulfilling lives. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and/or group therapy, making a significant difference in the lives of our clients.

    Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions to children, teens, and adults
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and center policies
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities
  • Stay current with developments in the field of mental health and integrate new knowledge into practice
    Therapist Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Maryland as an LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
  • Proficient in culturally responsive, evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards
